There are a few rescue centres in the local area that have Dogs, Cats and sometimes Small Animals that need new homes.
There are so many unwanted animals in rescue centres, please consider one before you head out to buy a puppy from a breeder.
We have just listed the rescue centres. It will not guarantee you a dog or cat as they all have their own checks and policies when it comes to re-homing.

Located only a few miles from Nailsea, Holly Hedge Sanctuary have Dogs and Cats. They do get the occasional rabbit too. People are also welcome to go and walk the dogs, any fuss is appreciated!
